The terms and conditions in this document are binding on you in conjunction with the terms and conditions agreed by you at the time of activation of card. This document lays down the terms and conditions for loading the Cards directly by the Consumers from their own funds. The definitions used in the Consumer Guide for Multi-Benefit will prevail here; some of them are reiterated for ease of reference.
Definitions;

1.1. ‘Client’ or ‘Employer’ shall mean an organization which instructs 'Pluxee' to issue Meal/ Multi-Benefit Pass for the exclusive use of its employees/business associates etc.

1.2. 'Consumer(s)' shall mean an employee/ business associate of the Client who will be issued a valid Meal/ Multi-Benefit Pass by Pluxee.

1.3. ‘Hybrid Card’ or ‘Card’ is a single card that is combination of Meal Pass and Multi-Benefit Pass issued by Pluxee whereby the Meal Pass may be used through the Mag Stripe option at Pluxee’s Merchant Network and the Multi-Benefit Pass may be used through the EMV chip option for other benefits operated on a Scheme Based network.

1.4. ‘Multi-Benefit’ includes all the employee benefit solutions that are issued through Hybrid Card; operated either through Scheme Based Network or Pluxee’s Proprietary Network.

1.5. ‘Pluxee’ shall mean ‘Pluxee SVC India Private Limited’ having its registered office at 503/ 504, B Wing, Hiranandani Fulcrum, Sahar Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 099 and its representatives, successors and assigns.

1.6. ‘Wallet(s)’ is a pre-paid account for the services availed in which the money can be stored and used for any future transaction.
The words, "You" “Your” and "Consumer" refer to the person(s) accepting this terms and conditions

- The Consumer is aware and agrees that the loading and operation of the Card is governed primarily by the terms and conditions agreed between the Client and Pluxee. The facility of Card loading through consumers funds is to top up the funding on the Card that is provided would be withdrawn in the event;

(i) the relationship between the Client and Pluxee terminates; or

(ii) the relationship between Consumer and Client terminates

- All the eligible consumers who have been issued valid Hybrid Card and shall be eligible for loading the card from own funds provided the same is in agreement with your employer.

- The Consumer agrees and understands that without prejudice to the other provisions of the Terms contained herein, Pluxee shall levy limits and/or charges on the loading of monies to the Wallet from the various payment modes and the rate of applicable charges and communicated at the time of loading

- The funds can be loaded on the Card through various banking channels viz. Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net banking etc.

- The additional funds loaded will be reflected in the reimbursement wallet subject to the maximum limit as may be agreed by your employer or notified by RBI from time to time.

- Pluxee may at its own discretion or on the instructions received from the Client reserves the right to disallow any loading on the card by the Consumer.

- The consumer can use the reimbursement wallet at the entire Merchant network of scheme based operator

- In the event the funds are added to any other wallet then the usage of the funds will be subject to the restrictions and usage guidelines for the respective wallet.

- There shall be no interest payable by Pluxee on the balances lying in the Wallet/ Card of the Consumer.

- The Consumer to be aware that any surcharge that is applicable as per Rupay Card Schemes of NPCI will be levied on the Consumer.

- The Customer may note that withdrawal of cash is not allowed from Wallet. Any outstanding balance in the Wallet must be utilized only to make payments for bona fide transactions at Merchant Establishments.

- Pluxee shall affect all the refunds in case of failed / returned / rejected / cancelled wallet transactions to the Wallet of the Customer as per extant RBI guidelines.

- Pluxee reserves the right to suspend/discontinue the Wallet services to the Customer at any time, for any cause, subject to prior intimation to the Consumer.

- The user will be able to view current balance and transaction history on the mobile app or through website.

- All purchases on the pre-paid payment instruments are non-refundable

- In the event the user exits the organisation, the balance on the card can be used till the expiry date of the card.
